Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Velora, you agree to the terms of this Subscription & Automatic Refill Policy.

Subscription Billing

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize Velora to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for future deliveries.

Subscriptions are billed every 30 days unless otherwise stated during checkout. The recurring charge will be the amount displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Automatic Renewals

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Each renewal generates a new order and authorizes payment for the upcoming shipment.

Optional Service

Adding a Monthly Refill subscription is completely optional and can be removed before completing your purchase.

By selecting a subscription option, you acknowledge and agree to recurring charges according to the frequency selected during checkout.

Subscription Confirmation

After your subscription purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation and subscription confirmation via email containing details of your recurring plan.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, modify, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or subscription management portal, where available.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If a subscription renewal has already been processed and a new order has been generated, that order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as fulfillment preparation begins immediately.

Subscription Orders

Each subscription renewal creates a separate order.

Once generated, subscription orders are considered valid and authorized purchases and will be processed according to our standard fulfillment procedures.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, shipping, and payment information associated with their subscription.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment method on file or contact you to update your payment information.

Velora reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions with unresolved payment issues.
